The short version

OffGrid Notes does not collect, store, or transmit any of your data. Everything stays on your device. There is no server. There are no accounts. There is no analytics or tracking of any kind.

What data does the app access?

OffGrid Notes accesses your device microphone to record audio. All recordings, transcripts, speaker identifications, and AI-generated summaries are stored exclusively on your device in local storage. None of this data is ever transmitted off your device.

Third-party services

OffGrid Notes uses no third-party services, SDKs, or analytics frameworks. All AI processing (speech recognition, speaker diarization, and summarization) happens entirely on-device using local models.

Data deletion

You can delete any recording, transcript, or summary at any time from within the app. Deleting the app removes all associated data from your device. Since no data is stored remotely, there is nothing else to delete.

This website

This marketing website (offgridnotes.app) is a static site hosted on Vercel. It does not use cookies, analytics, or tracking scripts of any kind.
